Prerequisites and co-requisites
Knowledge of the basics of project activities. Knowledge of the main trends in the development of the social sphere in Ukraine, knowledge of the concepts of change theory. Possession of basic skills: application of practical knowledge in practical situations and understanding of professional activity.
Course content
The purpose - the formation of theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the field of socio-pedagogical design in educational institutions. The first module acquaints with the structure and objectives of the course, forms an idea of the content of socio-pedagogical design as a technology for solving social problems; reveals the specifics of social design. The second module examines the tools, stages, and components of the development of socio-pedagogical design to address social and educational problems.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Lecture, seminar, Individual work, practical classes, individual practical developments, field lecture, meetings with social entrepreneurs, group work.
Assessment methods and criteria
Semester assessment: survey, elaboration of legal documents, elaboration of primary sources, presentation, discussion, elaboration of cases, assessment of competencies, presentations, control tasks.
Final evaluation: test.
The grade is formed as the sum of all scores earned during the semester.
The minimum number of points for admission to the test - 48 points.
Scores per semester - 48-80; scores for the test - 12-20
Matching scale:
Passed - 60-100
Not credited / Fail - 0-59
