Learning outcomes
LO9. To perform reflective practices in the context of the values of social work, responsibility, including to prevent burnout. LO10. To analyze the social and individual context of the problems of the individual, family, social group, community, formulate the purpose and objectives of social work, plan interventions in complex and unpredictable circumstances in accordance with the values of social work. LO11. To organize joint activities of specialists in various fields and non-professionals, prepare them for social work, initiate team building and coordinate teamwork. LO12. To assess the social consequences of policies in the field of human rights, social inclusion and sustainable development of society, develop recommendations for improving the legal framework for social work.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
The student must know: the basics of social pedagogy, basic concepts of development and socialization of the individual, the main directions and functions of the social pedagogue. The student must be able to: knowledge of the theoretical foundations of socio-psychological characteristics of different social groups and the content of socio-pedagogical work. The student must have basic skills: the application of principles and the choice of appropriate forms, methods, technologies of socio-pedagogical work.
Course content
The purpose of the discipline - organizational and technological support expands the professional capabilities of social educators. The discipline "Organizational and technological support of socio-pedagogical work" is designed to form students' ideas of the social pedagogue about the organizational and technological support of socio-pedagogical work and to analyze the organizational and technological support of socio-pedagogical work. Content modules: - General characteristics of organizational and technological support of socio-pedagogical work.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Lecture, seminar, Individual work. Test, discussion, practical (individual and group) tasks, modular test.
Assessment methods and criteria
Creative and reproductive tasks for independent work - 20 points. Preparation of reports and abstracts - 20 points. Modular test - 20 points. Exam - 40 points. In this case, the number of points for the student is determined as follows: • 1-34 corresponds to the grade "unsatisfactory" with the obligatory re-study of the discipline; • 35-59 corresponds to the assessment of "unsatisfactory" with the possibility of re-assembly; • 60-64 corresponds to the assessment "satisfactory" ("sufficient"); • 65-74 corresponds to the assessment "satisfactory"; • 75 - 84 corresponds to the assessment of "good"; • 85 - 90 corresponds to the assessment "good" ("very good"); • 91 - 100 corresponds to the rating "excellent" - To obtain an overall positive grade in the discipline, the grade for the exam can not be less than 24 points. - A student is not allowed to take the final control if he scored less than 20 points during the semester.
