Understand the peculiarities of the dynamics of organizational development, the causes of crises and conflicts, the role of management and leadership in the management of social organizations Possess the skills of organizational goal setting, strategic and operational planning in the organization Select methods of training and professional development in the organization in the context of performing the functions of a social worker in the organization. Form of study
Prerequisites and co-requisites
Knowledge of basic theories in the field of social work, the basics of management psychology, sociological interpretations of the concept of "institutionalization and social institutions, legal documents regulating the activities of institutions in the social sphere.
Course content
The goal of the discipline is for students to master the theoretical, methodological bases of knowledge about important laws, regularities and principles of creation, functioning and development of social organizations. The discipline has an applied nature and involves the development of a systematic, complex vision of organizational forms of modern production and management in various spheres of social life. The discipline consists of three modules. The first module Types of social organizations and their characteristics is devoted to the study of general approaches to understanding the concept of social organization" and existing types of organizations that meet the tasks of social capital development. The second module Principles and way of functioning of social organizations covers the problems of the procedure of goal setting and strategic planning, social and psychological structure of the organization. The third module "Psychology of management and leadership in the organization has an applied orientation and guides to understanding the peculiarities of team formation in the organization, knowledge of psychological styles of managerial activity, ways of preventing and resolving conflicts in organization.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Lectures, seminar classes, independent work. Presentations, discussions, case method.
Assessment methods and criteria
Evaluation methods: oral answers, essay, preparation of presentations, modular control papers. The final control form is an exam. Evaluation organization: Evaluation is carried out during the semester of all types of work. The maximum number of points for work during the semester is 60 points. The critical calculation minimum is 36 points. Students who received a total of less than 36 points during the semester are not allowed to take the exam. The exam is valued at a maximum of 40 points. The total score for the discipline is 100 points.
