Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Know the basic concepts, categories and institutions of labor law, in particular, the concept and role of a manager in the development of a market economy and the content of the legal status of a manager and a working proprietor, protection measures and precautionary measures; acts of labor legislation of Ukraine in the field of management of enterprises, foundations, organizations. 2. Be able to effectively apply the rules of labor law; provide assistance and legal advice on the application of labor law use the experience of legal regulation of labor relations in countries with market economies to improve labor legislation of Ukraine; popularize the labor legislation of Ukraine, its high social standards as a factor in stabilizing the development of labor relations in the field of management of enterprises, foundations and organizations. 3. Possess the skills to resolve disputes using legal methods that arise in the field of management of enterprises, foundations, organizations.
Course content
Forms and methods of teaching this discipline are aimed at conducting a legal analysis of theoretical and legal issues of labor regulation of managers and working proprietors, research problems of improving labor legislation of Ukraine in the management of enterprises, foundations and organizations. Within the framework of the discipline the general characteristics of subjects of management of enterprises, foundations, organizations, legal relations arising in the field of management of enterprises, foundations, organizations, features of concluding, changing and terminating employment contracts with managers, responsibility of managers in labor relations and the legal nature of labor relations of managers and working proprietors of enterprises, foundations and organizations are studied.

Assessment methods and criteria
The maximum final grade for the discipline can be 100 points. The student can receive a maximum of 60 points in the credit, to which the points obtained by the student during seminars are added. To obtain an overall positive grade in the discipline, the grade for the credit may not be less than 36 points. If the student scored less than 36 points, the latter are not added to the semester grade (regardless of the number of points obtained during the semester), the information in the column “exam scores” is “0” and only the number of points obtained during the semester is transferred to the “final grade” column.
