- to have knowledge, skills, and abilities in the disciplines of the social and humanitarian cycle, such as: "Introduction to University Studies, etc. - to know the basic categories and concepts related to human and social life. - be able to identify, analyze educational and scientific information, draw reasonable conclusions on professional issues. - to have basic skills in writing documents, correcting their content, systematizing the materials necessary for work, effectively organizing their own learning activities.
Course content
The purpose of the discipline is to develop students' knowledge of the theoretical, economic, legal and organizational foundations of entrepreneurship, as well as the necessary competencies and basic practical skills required to organize business activities and protect their own labor rights in accordance with the requirements of the state regulatory policy and labor law.

Assessment methods and criteria
The assessment of students' work includes current control and semester control in the form of a test. The maximum amount of points that a student can gain during the course of study is 100 points, which are conditionally distributed 50/50 between the Selected Sections of Labor Law and the Fundamentals of Business. A student receives a credit based on the results of the semester's academic work (based on the results of the current control) if the student has received at least 30 points from each of these blocks. A student who scored 40 to 59 points in both academic blocks during the semester passes the test according to the lists of questions provided by the teachers to the students at the beginning of the semester. A student can receive no more than 20 points based on the results of the test. A student who scored less than 40 points in both academic blocks during the semester is required to prepare an individual assignment.
