Form of study
Prerequisites and co-requisites
The student should know: principles, methods, forms of socio-pedagogical work with different categories of the population. The student must be able: determine socio-pedagogical and psychological features of social categories of the population, causes of deviant, addictive behavior of the population; directions of preventive, corrective, therapeutic, health and rehabilitation work with different categories of the population. The student must have: the process of organizing socio-pedagogical work with different categories of the population (structure, techniques, tools).
Course content
The purpose of the discipline - to form students' knowledge and understanding of the main stages of the formation of social and pedagogical work in Ukraine, the object, subject, functions, principles and directions, technologies of social and pedagogical work with different categories of the population; guarantees of social protection and pedagogical correction of various categories of the population.

Lectures, seminar classes, assignments for the student's individual work.
Assessment methods and criteria
Assessment methods: oral answers (conversations, situation analyses, discussions, reports), case studies, modular and final tests.
The final control form is an exam
Evaluation organization: The maximum number of points on the exam is 40 points, the minimum number of points that are added to the semester ones is 24 points (60% of the maximum number of points assigned to the exam). Students who scored a total of less points than the critical calculation minimum - 20 points are not allowed to take the exam. The recommended minimum for admission to the exam is 36 points.
Rating correspondence scale:
Excellent 90-100 points.
Good 75-89 points.
Satisfactory 60-74 points.
Fail 0-59 points.
