1.1 Know the application of approaches to triggering and filtering real-time data on accelerator systems and multi-detector devices
2.1 Be able to logically and consistently formulate the basic concepts in high energy physics and independently master and use the literature on high energy physics.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Successful mastering of basic physics courses: "Physics of the atomic nucleus and elementary particles", "Mechanics", "Molecular Physics", "Electricity", "Optics ".
• Be able to solve problems from basic physics courses.
• Have basic computer skills in search information on the Internet.
Course content
The course "Data Analysis in High Energy Physics" will allow students to master modern ideas about experimental and theoretical approaches used to study the interactions of elementary particles at high energies, as well as significantly improve the training of students of nuclear physics, namely:
• master the methods and principles of both theoretical analysis and planning and execution of nuclear-physical experiment on the accelerator
• to get acquainted with the methods of planning and performing a nuclear-physical experiment on an accelerator

The results of students' educational activity are evaluated on a 100 - point scale.
- semester assessment:
1. Two modular tests (maximum - 20x2 = 40 points).
2. Survey during lectures (maximum - 10 points).
3. Evaluation of homework (maximum - 10 points).
- final assessment in the form of a test (maximum -40 points)
