Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Successful mastering of general courses "Mathematical Analysis", "Analytical Geometry", "Probability Theory", "Differential Equations", as well as the following special courses: "Equipment of nuclear power plants" and "Nuclear safety of nuclear power plants".
2. Be able to solve problems in general mathematics courses, as well as physics courses and special courses.
3. Have the skills to work on a computer for information retrieval on the Internet, as well as numerical solutions to mathematical problems.
Course content
The course "Reliability of reactor equipment" will significantly improve the training of students of the Department of Nuclear Physics, which is associated with the acquisition of new skills by students to calculate the reliability of facilities and systems of nuclear power plants to ensure the use of nuclear energy in energy, medicine, applied and basic research.
