PLO 3. Demonstrate knowledge of theories, methods and functions of management, modern concepts of leadership. PLO 4. Demonstrate skills to identify problems and justify management decisions. PLO 6. Identify skills of search, collection and analysis of information, calculation of indicators to justify management decisions.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Know the basics of economic theory, management, personnel management, investment, psychology. 2. Have the skills to analyze scientific sources and statistical information, synthesis, processing and presentation of the results of data analysis, situations, use of Microsoft Office Word, Microsoft Office Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint.
Course content
Approaches to determining the categories used in crisis management, features of crisis management, diagnosis of the emergence and development of the crisis of the enterprise, the nature and components of the crisis program of the enterprise, the importance of strategy in crisis management. Peculiarities of personnel management in crisis conditions of enterprise functioning are analyzed. Bankruptcy problems are revealed, as well as features of liquidation and rehabilitation as one of the methods of anti-crisis management; the risks that may arise in different situations of enterprise management are studied.

Information-traditional with elements of problem-oriented learning: lectures, seminars, consultations, calculation tasks, independent work.
Assessment methods and criteria
Forms of student assessment: (max. points 60 / min. points 36) 1. Survey and problem solving (LO 1; 2.1-2.3; 3.1; 4) - 20 points / 12 points. 2. Independent work - estimated individual task (LO 1; 2.1-2.3; 3.2; 4) - 40 points / 24 points. Final assessment in the form of an exam.
