Learning outcomes
PLO1. Associate yourself as a member of civil society, the scientific community, recognize the rule of law, in particular in professional activities, understand and be able to exercise their rights and freedoms, show respect for the rights and freedoms of others, including team members. PLO11. Be able to analyze the processes of state and market regulation of socio-economic and labor relations. PLO18. Use regulations and legal acts governing professional activities. PLO20. Master the skills of oral and written professional communication in state and foreign languages. PLO24. Demonstrate the ability to act socially responsibly and consciously on the basis of ethical principles, to value and respect cultural diversity, individual differences.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Possess knowledge, skills, and abilities in the disciplines of the socio-humanitarian cycle. Know the basic categories and concepts related to human life and society. Be able to identify, analyze educational and scientific information, draw sound conclusions on professional activities. Have basic skills in compiling written documents, adjusting their content, systematizing the materials needed for work, effective organization of their educational activities.
Course content
The discipline is aimed at forming in students a set of knowledge and skills necessary for the correct application of the provisions of law governing the procedure for concluding, amending and terminating an employment contract, the basic provisions of the collective agreement, working hours, rest, labor protection, rationing and remuneration, labor discipline, responsibility of the parties to the employment contract, supervision and control over compliance with labor legislation, protection of labor rights.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Information-traditional with elements of problem-oriented learning: lectures, seminars, independent work, consultations, analysis of practical situations, individual tasks.
Assessment methods and criteria
Types of current control are: oral examination, testing, tests on theoretical issues, which are covered in lectures and studied by students in independent work, solving problem situations in seminars, solving practical problems during independent work. 1. Oral interview, discussion - 20 points / 12 points; 2. Testing - 20 points / 12 points; 3. Modular test (2 tests, 10 points each) - 20 points / 12 points; 4. Independent work (2 written works, 5 points each) - 20 points / 12 points; 5. Final test - 20 points / 12 points. The test is set based on the results of the student's work throughout the semester.
