Learning outcomes
PLO 4. To demonstrate the ability to develop a marketing strategy and tactics considering their cross-functional character.
PLO 8. To use methods of interpersonal communication to meet collective challenges, negotiate, conduct scientific discussions in the sphere of marketing.
PLO9. To understand the nature and peculiarities of the marketing tools’ application in the marketing decision-making process.
PLO 13. To manage the marketing activity of a market player, its departments, groups, and networks, to determine the criteria and indicators for its evaluation.
PLO 14. To form a marketing system of interaction, to build long-term mutually beneficial relations with other market players.

Course content
The curriculum program consists of the following content modules:
Content module 1. "Human resources management", which is devoted to consideration of the essence and content of human resources management, human resources management principles, personnel accounting, personnel management theories, career development issues, staff motivation, etc.
Content module 2. "Professional and corporate ethics", which examines the essence of professional and corporate ethics, ethical aspects of professional training, career development, release and release of personnel.

Assessment methods and criteria
Individual work of the student consists or individual and group projects. Completed individual work is to be sent to the tutor not later than 5 days before the session. The results of individual work, typical mistakes are discussed at the first seminar during the session.
* In case of additional issues and difficult situations during the educational process, their solution is carried out with reference to the principles of the Regulations on the organization of the educational process at the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
