Learning outcomes
PLO 5. Develop, justify and make effective decisions on the development of socio-economic systems and management of economic entities PLO 7. To choose effective methods of management of economic activity, to substantiate the offered decisions on the basis of relevant data and scientific and applied researches PLO 8. Collect, process and analyze a statistical data, research and analytical sources, needed for performing a complex economic tasks. PLO 13. Assess possible risks, socio-economic consequences of management decisions PLO 19. Apply methods of research of international and global markets, substantiate on this basis effective exit and activity strategies

Course content
1. Content module 1. "International banking: content and regulation" , which examines the theoretical foundations of research and content of international banking, its essential elements and principles of interaction between them, as well as practical skills to apply knowledge to explain modern processes of internationalization of banks. 2. Content module 2. "Basic functions of international banking" , which is devoted to identifying factors, functions and consequences of modern internationalization of banking; analysis of the evolution of forms of international banking and methods of assessing its effectiveness.
