P04. To use information technologies, cartographic and geo-information models in the branches of the subject area of ​​geographical sciences. P07. Use field and laboratory methods to analyze natural and socio-geographic objects and systems. P13. Demonstrate the ability to conduct independent research of natural and socio-geographical objects, systems and processes in the geographical envelope according to field and laboratory conditions.

Successful mastering of the disciplines "Educational practice on acquisition methods geographic information", "Educational practice on methods of processing geographic information", "Basics of GIS", "GIS in natural geography". 2. Know the main sources of data and information for the implementation of natural of geographical research, the main provisions of geoinformatics and their features application in the context of studies of landscapes and their components. 3. To be able to analyze the peculiarities of natural and anthropogenic processes in geographical envelopes, to be able to carry out a comprehensive assessment of the state geocomponents and predict changes in them; 4. To know modern quantitative and qualitative methods of geographical research, to be able to use them apply in production and research activities; be able to model objects and processes using modern quantitative and qualitative methods and geo-information technologies.
