PLO 4. Develop socio-economic projects and a system of complex actions for their implementation, taking into account their goals, expected socio-economic consequences, risks, legislative, resource and other restrictions. PLO 7. Choose effective methods of managing economic activity, substantiate the proposed solutions on the basis of relevant data and scientific and applied research. PLO13. Assess possible risks, socio-economic consequences of management decisions. PLO15. Organize the development and implementation of socio-economic projects, taking into account informational, methodical, material, financial and personnel support.

Be able to: work with international databases, calculate economic indicators, process statistical data, analyze statistical information. 3. Have basic skills: use of Microsoft Office Word, Microsoft Office Excel.

The program of the academic discipline consists of the following content modules: 1. Content module 1. "International technology transfer in the system of international economic relations", which studies the theoretical foundations of the analysis of international technology transfer, the mechanism of international transfer of technology, the system of legal protection of technologies., license trade in the international economy, peculiarities of pricing in the world market technologies. 2. Content module 2. "Trends and features of international technology transfer", which examines the latest and non-commercial forms of international technology transfer, international transfer of high technologies, state and interstate regulation of international technology movement, Ukraine's place in the international technology market.

Forms of student assessment: the level of achievement of planned learning outcomes is determined by the results of a survey, completion of independent tasks, essay writing, written control work, defense of individual analytical work, exam. The specific weight of learning outcomes in the final assessment, provided they are mastered at the appropriate level, is as follows: The specific weight of the learning results in the final assessment, provided that it is mastered at the appropriate level, is as follows (max. 100 points / min. 60 points): 1) oral survey, discussion, independent work, essay, tests, exam (RN 1.1. – 1.7) – 30 points / 18 points; 2) independent work, situational tasks, essay, exam (RN 2.1 - 2.6) - 35 points / 18 points); 3) individual work (RN 4.1-4.4) – 25 points / 12 points; 4) control work (RN 1.1-1.7, 2.1-2.6, 4.1-4.4) – 10 points / 6 points.
