Learning outcomes
PRS 7. Understand the main problems of philology and approaches to their solution using appropriate methods and innovative approaches. PRS 8. To know and understand the language system, the general properties of literature as an art of speech, the history of the Korean language and literature, and to be able to apply this knowledge in prof. activities. PRS 9. Characterize the dialectal and social varieties of the Korean language, describe the sociolinguistic situation. PRS 12. Analyze linguistic units, determine their interaction and characterize linguistic phenomena and processes that cause them. PRS 15. Carry out linguistic, literary and special philological analysis of texts of various styles and genres. PRS 16. To know and understand the basic concepts, theories and concepts of the chosen philological specialization, to be able to apply it. PRS 17. Collect, analyze, systematize and interpret the facts of language and speech and use them to solve complex problems and problems

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Knowledge of basic terms and concepts of general linguistics. Basic knowledge of the Korean language. Successful study of the discipline "Lexicology of the Korean language".
Course content
The aim of the discipline is to provide students with systematic knowledge of the theoretical aspects of the morphological and syntactic systems of the modern Korean language. To teach students to carry out a morphological analysis of Korean word forms, to understand the main differences between the Korean linguistic system and the linguistic systems of Indo-European languages, to understand the description of morphology and syntax in studies focused on the study of the Korean language.
