Learning outcomes
Execution and protection of qualification workKnow and understand the scientific concepts and modern theories of chemistry, as well as the fundamental foundations of related sciences. Deeply understand the main facts, concepts, principles of theory related to the subject area mastered during the master's program, use them to solve complex tasks and problems, as well as conduct research in the relevant field of chemistry. Collect, evaluate, and analyze the data needed to solve complex chemistry problems using appropriate data processing methods and tools. Plan, organize and carry out experimental research in chemistry using modern equipment, competently process their results and draw reasonable conclusions. Interpret experimentally obtained data and correlate them with relevant theories in chemistry. Possession of the general methodology of carrying out scientific research.
Form of study
Full-time form
Prerequisites and co-requisites
Theoretical knowledge of mathematics, physics and biology; knowledge of the basics of modern physico-chemical methods of research of chemical materials and processes, mastery of specialized software and chemical synthesis techniques.
Course content
Modern methods and ways of organizing experimental and theoretical work in the field of analytical, inorganic, organic, physical chemistry and chemistry of high molecular compounds are considered at an advanced level. Students are introduced to specialized software products for in-depth analysis of scientific data, their analysis and systematization. The basics of practical aspects of future professional activity are taught.
