            Prerequisites and co-requisites
        
        
            must know: fundamentals of social psychology; basics of conflictology; foundations of social interaction; modern theories of management psychology; social work in the community; basics of social design; forms of social work in the system of management and administration;
must be able to: be able to: develop social projects for certain target groups on the optimization of management and interaction; to assist in the implementation of resource provision of social work; use socio-psychological methods of studying objects and subjects of management; provide consulting assistance in the field of management activities; provide social services in the community;
must possess: technologies of counseling and social support.
        
    
            Course content
        
        
            The aim of the course is to prepare students for the organization of effective socially oriented management in the public and private sectors. for this purpose, in the process of learning students are given a general description of management in the context of the theoretical foundations of the psychology of management. The meaningful components of the phenomenon of socially-oriented personnel management are revealed. Particular attention is paid to the organization of public administration and the specifics of management activities in communities on the basis of socially oriented management. The role of public opinion and mass communications in the system of socially oriented management is also determined.

            Verbal answers, abstracts, modular control, test. The maximum number of points per semester is 60 points. The form of the test is verbal, in accordance with previously submitted creative tasks and projects. The minimum number of points of admission to the test is 36 points. The number of points scored per semester is announced in advance. Evaluation scale: 0-59 points - not credited, 60-100 points - credit.
