Course content
The educational discipline "Operating systems with time distribution" is a component of the educational and professional training program for specialists at the first (bachelor's) level of higher education field of knowledge "12 Information Technologies" from the specialty "122 Computer Sciences", educational and professional program "Informatics", specialization "Information Technologies and Systems", from the block of free choice of the student of the disciplines "Information Technologies and Systems". The educational discipline studies: the theory of operating systems as a separate type of software systems. It is taught in the 8th semester of the 4th course, the volume is 90 hours. (3 ECTS credits), including seminar credits classes - 30 hours, independent work - 60 hours. The mastery of the discipline ends with a test.

Assessment methods and criteria
The current evaluation consists of evaluations for (report, discussion, presentation, essay, control written works): Final assessment in the form of credit: the final number of points for the discipline (maximum 100 points) is issued based on the current control of the assessed planned types of work as the sum of points for all successfully assessed learning outcomes. The following types of work are considered to be successfully evaluated, the evaluation for which is 15 or more points (60% of the maximum score).
