Prerequisites and co-requisites
To know: theoretical foundations, methodology and basic methods of training work due to the successful mastery of the disciplines "Social Psychology", "Psychology of Management", "Psychology of Organizations", "Fundamentals of Psychological Training". To be able to: conduct psychological training, plan and develop training programs. To have: the skills of developing and conducting psychological training, the basic methods of training work necessary in the activities of a practical psychologist.
Course content
The aim is to acquaint students with the peculiarities of using psychological technologies of business training in the field of corporate management, approaches, basic methods and techniques of a business coach, as well as with the peculiarities of using these methods in the development of training programs, developing students' professional thinking and mastering the basic concepts , principles and regulations, methods and technologies. The study of the discipline provides: 1) the acquisition of knowledge about the methodology of business training; 2) development of skills and abilities to use the methods and technologies of business training; 3) get acquainted with the technologies for monitoring the effectiveness of trainings and post-training support; 4) mastering the technologies for developing a business training program; 5) mastering the skills of diagnosing one's own readiness for business training activities and building a professional career.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Lectures, seminars, training sessions, reports, discussions, work in mini-groups, case studies, tests, project assignments, creative assignments.
Assessment methods and criteria
Forms of student assessment: the final number of points is formed by the points received by the student in the process of mastering the material on all 6 topics of two content modules, completing tasks for Individual work and individual creative work during the semester. Organization of assessment: final assessment in the form of an exam: the maximum number of points in the exam is 40 points, the minimum number of points attached to the semester is 24 points (60% of the maximum number of points allocated for the exam). Students who scored during the semester a total of fewer points than the critically calculated minimum of 20 points are not allowed to take the exam. The recommended minimum for admission to the exam is 38 points. Grading scheme: - Excellent (90-100 scores) - Good (75-89 scores) - Satisfactory (60-74 scores) - Fail (0-59 scores)
