Learning outcomes
PLO2. Propose, justify and make effective decisions on the development of socio-economic systems and management of economic entities PLO3. Communicate freely on professional and scientific issues in the state and a foreign language orally and in writing PLO4. Develop socio-economic projects and a system of comprehensive actions for their implementation, taking into account their goals, expected socio-economic outcomes, risks, legal, resource and other regulations PLO6. Assess personal performance, demonstrate leadership skills and the ability to manage staff and work as part of a team PLO12. Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Know: the basic principles of economic activity; international activities, strategic management, marketing, international marketing 2. Have the skills of analysis, synthesis, processing and presentation of statistical data, work with the regulatory framework, evaluating the effectiveness of enterprises
Course content
The course program includes following modules: Module 1. Corporate International Competitiveness Management which is devoted to major process and principles of competitiveness forming and maintaining. Module 2. International Management which is devoted to specific issues of managing the multinational companies, organizational structure, change management, etc..
