3. Freely communicate orally and in writing in Ukrainian and English when discussing professional issues, research and innovations in the field of political science. 5. Plan, evaluate and ensure the quality of the work performed in accordance with the established requirements. 7. Manage complex activities in the field of politics, political science and in wider contexts, develop plans and measures for their implementation, ensure the quality of education, evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of activities. 8. Develop and implement scientific and applied projects in the field of political science and related interdisciplinary areas, taking into account methodological, economic, social, legal and ethical aspects.

Distance form

1. Before writing the qualification paper, students should know the theoretical content of the subject area: the system of political ideas, approaches, concepts, theories, concepts and principles of political phenomena, institutions and processes. 2. To be able to collect, systematize, analyze and interpret information about political objects of research; predict the prospects for the development of political phenomena and institutions, use the methods of systemic, structural-functional, comparative analysis. 3. Possess the skills of scientific research and information management; critical attitude and forecasting regarding political, economic, social events and phenomena; the use of foreign language professional political science informative sources.

Qualification work is an integral part of the process of obtaining an education and is designed to integrate scientific, educational and industrial factors in the educational process. During the preparation of the qualification work and during its public defense, students must demonstrate the acquired knowledge, skills and practical skills, ways of thinking, professional, worldview and civic qualities. It is about the acquisition of competences, the possession of which the student certifies at a certain level of education. In accordance with the Standard of Higher Education in the specialty 052 "Political Science" of the second (master's) levels (2020), the qualifying work involves the independent solution of a complex task or problem in the political sphere based on professional research and/or implementation of innovations. In the process of completing the qualification work, the student acquires critical thinking abilities, the skills of generating new knowledge, develops the habit of independent conscientious work based on self-organization, and strengthens the skills of organization and implementation of research activities in the political sphere. Public defense provides experience necessary for further work in the profession.
