Prerequisites and co-requisites
The student must know: the principles of communicative competence of the teacher and the psychology of communication, the essence of their categories, principles, patterns, requirements for personal and professional qualities of the teacher, general principles of training groups, their dynamics, specifics of student age, its crises; the student must be able to: originally and creatively use in teaching, research and teaching activities knowledge of professional and pedagogical competence of higher education teachers.
Course content
The purpose of the discipline: students mastering the theoretical and practical principles of communicative competence; mastering effective psychological and pedagogical technologies of influencing the personality; ability to apply modern training forms of effective communication in the activities of future teachers of freelance education. In the field of education, communicative competence becomes an important tool for a successful teacher. The course program reveals the main categories of the theory of effective communication, speech culture, its principles, methods, technologies. Much attention is paid to communication styles, the latest educational technologies, techniques for acquiring professional and pedagogical competence in the form of business role-playing games, training exercises, creating presentations, collage.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Lectures, seminars, practical classes, independent work, practical tasks, surveys, preparation of presentations, analytical materials, reports, discussion of conflict situations, training exercises, discussion of solutions to business role-playing games, practical situations, defense of practical tasks
Assessment methods and criteria
Survey, analytical report, creative tasks, practical work, final test, evaluation of critical essays, exercises, collage, creative writing, interactive multimedia presentations.
The control is carried out over the credit-transfer accumulative system. Mandatory for admission to the exam is to perform a test. The student can earn a minimum of 36 / maximum 60 points per semester; the number of points taken for the exam - a minimum of 24 / maximum 40. Assessment of students is carried out during all types of classes and the results of independent work. The grade is formed as the sum of all points earned during the semester.
