Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. The student must know: the conceptual principles of individual psychological assistance to man, have an idea of the methods and methodology of counseling psychology, ethics and organization of the psychotherapeutic process; 2. The student must be able to: communicate with people on psychological topics, analyze from the point of view of psychology difficult life situations, have basic psychotherapeutic skills of counseling and solving psychological problems of the client
Course content
The purpose of the discipline: to acquaint students with the history, phenomenology and features of the development of counseling and psychotherapeutic practice; to create a holistic view of the process of individual psychological counseling, its content, principles and technology. Content modules: Individual counseling as a branch of practical psychology. Organization of consultative interaction. Structure and chronotope of the consultation process. Methodical instructions to the consultant. Ethics and professional position. Thesaurus of consulting activities. Forming a request and a contract. Subjectivity. Technology of conducting a consultative conversation. Basic micro skills. The essence of psychological analysis of the problem. "DSR". Codes of processing of psychological material. Means of psychological intervention.

Assessment methods and criteria
The grade is formed as the sum of all points earned during the semester. Minimum number of points that a student can score in the semester 36 / maximum 60; The maximum number of points that can be obtained by a student during the semester - 60 points, on the exam - 40 points on a 100-point scale; Final assessment - in the form of an exam. Form of conducting - written task. Minimum threshold level of the grade at which the exam is considered passed: the grade for the exam can not be less than 24 points. Conditions for admission to the exam. A student is not admitted to the exam if he / she did not attend the workshop during the semester and scored less than 24 points. Admission to the exam is mandatory. The student is admitted to the exam provided that 50% of the planned practical work is completed. For students who scored a total of less than the critical-calculated minimum, it is mandatory to complete additional tasks and submit a video report on the advisory case.
