Learning outcomes
PLO 1: Evaluate own educational, scientific and professional activities, build and implement an effective strategy of self-development and professional self-improvement.
PLO 4. Assess and critically analyze socially, personally and professionally significant problems and provide ways to solve them in complicated and unpredictable conditions, which requires the use of new approaches and forecasting.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Know the main stages and characteristics of the historical and cultural process, the place of ethics among philosophical sciences; Be able to collect and analyze information on cultural phenomena and occurrences, cultural processes and events, identify current socio-cultural problems and justify the principles and ways of their solution. Possess basic skills of scientific research and information management; critical attitude and forecasting of political, economic, cultural and art events and phenomena; use of foreign language professional informative sources.
Course content
The purpose of the discipline is to provide students with a holistic understanding of the range of issues of professional and corporate ethics as actual fields of knowledge and practice, the specifics of methods of ethical and applied research and ethical judgments and the ability to use them in solving specific analytical and research problems of moral conflicts in modern practices. The discipline aims to form an educated specialist, ethically competent and morally oriented to conscientious, conscious and ethically balanced performance of professional activities. The subject field of applied, professional and corporate ethics, their place in the structure of ethical knowledge, features of ethical regulation of professional activity, ethical dimensions of professionalism are determined.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Learning takes place in the form of interactive lectures, seminars and independent work of students, which involves oral answers, supplements, participation in discussions at lectures and seminars, writing essays, preparation for the final test.
Assessment methods and criteria
The semester number of points is formed by the points obtained by the student in the process of mastering the material from the entire course. The total grade for the semester consists of points received for classroom and independent work (min. 48 / max. 80 points). The final control work is estimated at min. 12 / max. 20 points. The final number of points for the discipline (min. 60 / max. 100 points) is determined as the sum of points for systematic work during the semester, taking into account the final control work. For students who have scored a total of less points than the critical minimum of 60 points, in order to receive a credit, it is necessary to work out the missed topics in writing and submit / send by e-mail to the teacher conducting seminars.
