Prerequisites and co-requisites
To know the theoretical foundations of ethnocultural psychology, social psychology, psychology of work and psychology of management. To be able to present a systematic view of scientific sources; to characterize modern directions of development of psychology related to ethnopsychological features of national cultures. To have base skills of researching, searching, processing and analysing the information; to use technologies of information and communication.
Course content
The purpose of the discipline is to reveal the nature and significance of the relationship between ethnopsychology and labor psychology; to determine the role of ethnopsychological factor in psychology of management and organizational psychology; to outline the main ethnopsychological problems with staff. Discipline forms an idea of labor activity as a system in which the ethnopsychological factor is quite significant. Analysis of ethnopsychological aspects of work allows to explore the genera psychological content, structure and mechanisms governing professional activity in polyethnic conditions. Ethnopsychological regularities of economic behavior of different ethnophores are analyzed to. Separately the problem of the dichotomy of Ukrainian national identity, both controversial changes of polar qualities of the psychotype of Ukrainians are considered in the context of labor psychology.

Assessment methods and criteria
Oral answers (speech at the seminar, participation in discussions and debates, additions), analytical report, creative independent work. Form of final control - credit. The test is based on the results of the student's work during the semester (the maximum number of points for work during the semester is 100) and does not provide additional assessment activities for successful students. Students who scored less than 60 points during the semester, but more than the critical minimum of 40 points, are credited. The test is conducted in the form of an oral interview on the subject of the course and the presentation of the working project, which is evaluated at 20 points. Students who scored a lower number of points during the semester than the critical-calculated minimum - 40 points are not allowed to take the test. The maximum number of points for work during the semester is 100. 0-59 - not credited, 60-100 - credit.
