Learning outcomes
LO1. To analyze and interpret mental phenomena, identify psychological problems and suggest ways to resolve them. LO2. To understand patterns and tendencies of the development and functioning of mental phenomena in the professional tasks’ context. LO12. To compile and implement a program of psychoprophylactic, educational activities and psychological help activities in the form of lectures, talks, round tables, games, trainings, etc., in accordance with the requirements of the customer. LO16. To know, understand and implement ethical principles of psychologist professional activity. LO17. To demonstrate socially responsible and conscious behavior, follow humanistic and democratic values in professional and social activities. LO18. To care about own and others' mental health and, if necessary, call about supervisory.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. To know the theoretical foundations of the disciplines of "general psychology", "social psychology", "differential psychology", "experimental psychology", "workshop on general psychology", "history of psychology". 2. To know the theoretical foundations of technology for organizing and conducting psychological research. 3. To have the skills to work with a psychological tool and build a plan for experimental research of psychological phenomena.
Course content
The purpose of the discipline is to provide guidance to students in the components of work in order to form a professional position of the future work psychologist and the ability to interact with related fields of knowledge about work in solving interdisciplinary problems, as well as focusing on work psychology in both theoretical and applied fields. The discipline is designed to master the problems of modern psychology of work: psychological professionalism; psychological study of the subject of labor activity (structure of the subject of labor, styles of professional activity, professional development of personality; professional destruction); working capacity and mental (functional) states; psychology of work motivation; psychological aspects of occupational safety; psychology of the group subject of labor.

Assessment methods and criteria
Англійською 1. Oral answers (speech at the seminar, participation in discussions and debates, additions). 2. Practical tasks. 3. Creative afterclasses work. The control is carried out according to the modular rating system. The maximum number of points for work during the semester is 60, the minimum - 36. Final assessment - exam. The maximum number of points that can be obtained by a student is 40 points on a 100-point scale. Form of conducting - written. Final assessment in the form of an exam: the maximum number of points on the exam - 40 points, the minimum number of points added to the semester - 24 points (60% of the maximum number of points allocated for the exam). 90-100 - excellent, 0-59 - unsatisfactory
