PRN 1. Know the theoretical and applied principles
development and analysis of public policy, foundations
and management decision-making technologies.
PRN 2. To solve complex problems of public
management and administration, taking into account
legislative requirements, identify legal conflicts and
problems, develop projects of normative legal acts to eliminate them.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
To be able to analyze the current legislation regarding phenomena and phenomena of the public
management, management processes and events, in particular those related to active participation
citizens in making management decisions; apply basic terms, categories and
classification of public administration in the analysis of socio-political phenomena and processes;
identify modern trends and transformations of public administration in conditions of development
parliamentarism as the basis of the political organization of state power, other factors of the 21st century
century; predict the prospects of their development, taking into account the peculiarities of the course
management processes in the conditions of integration
Possess the skills of scientific research and information management;
critical attitude to political and administrative events and phenomena in the parliamentary sphere
activities; the use of various professional management informative sources

Topic 1. Nature, essence, challenges of parliamentarism
Topic 2. Peculiarities of the development of parliamentarism in
system of state government
Topic 3. Traditions and values of parliamentarism:
theoretical and applied aspect

Methods and criteria of assessment
Knowledge control is carried out according to the ECTS system, which provides for a two-level assessment of the learned material, in particular, the assessment of theoretical training - learning outcomes (knowledge 1.1 - 1.3), which is 20% of the total assessment and the assessment of practical training - learning outcomes (skills 2.1-2.5); (communication 3.1-3.3); (autonomy and responsibility 4.1-4.3), which is 60% of the total grade.
