Learning outcomes
PH01. To know the theoretical and applied principles of development and analysis of public policy, the foundations and technologies of management decision-making PH06. Effectively manage innovations, resources, risks, projects, changes, quality, apply modern models, approaches and technologies, international experience in the design and reorganization of management and general organizational structures. PH11. Develop well-founded management decisions taking into account issues of European and Euro-Atlantic integration, take into account goals, existing legislative, time and resource limitations, evaluate political, social, economic and environmental consequences of decision options

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. To know: theoretical foundations regarding the basic specifics of risk management, namely: theoretical concepts, subject, methods, tasks of the science of risk management in the public sector; conceptual foundations and basic theories of managerial decision-making; modern management concepts and methods. 2. To be able to identify risks in the field of public administration, to justify the expediency of using one or another method of reducing the degree of risk in the public sphere in a specific situation; analyze the obtained results of the study of risky situations; make management decisions in conditions of uncertainty and risks, correlating these decisions with the goals of implementing changes; solve problems of crisis situations and phenomena in public authorities in new or unfamiliar environments with incomplete or limited information.

Assessment methods and criteria
Knowledge control is carried out according to the ECTS system, which provides for a two-level assessment of the learned material, in particular, the assessment of theoretical training - learning outcomes (knowledge 1.1 - 1.3), which makes up 25% of the total grade for the semester, and the assessment of practical training - learning outcomes (skills 2.1 - 2.3; communication 3.1 – 3.4; autonomy 4.1 – 4.3), which is 75% of the total grade for the semester.
