To know and understand the theoretical and methodological foundations of the social and humanitarian sphere To know the conceptual principles of social formation and humanitarian policy Know the main methods, approaches of information and communication technologies for the implementation of social and humanitarian policy To be able to apply the principles of social management and social policy to social processes development of Ukrainian society

1. To know: theoretical and methodological foundations of the social and humanitarian sphere, mechanisms of formation and implementation of public policy in the social and humanitarian spheres, features of the spheres of social security and humanitarian development, their aspects; the main social and humanitarian problems in the conditions of martial law and directions for their solution. 2. Be able to: use the acquired knowledge in the analysis of the processes of social and humanitarian development of the population, apply modern technologies of social protection and social security of a person, use modern information and communication technologies for the implementation of social and humanitarian policy. 3. To have methods of social work and management of social and labor conflicts; skills of analysis, evaluation, processing and forecasting of the social and humanitarian situation, working with the regulatory and legal framework, an array of statistical information
