Learning outcomes
To know the theoretical and applied principles of development and analysis of public policy, the foundations and technologies of management decision-making Carry out effective management of innovations, resources, risks, projects, changes, quality, apply modern models, approaches and technologies, international experience in the design and reorganization of management and general organizational structures

Prerequisites and co-requisites
To know: the theoretical foundations of the emergence of crises, the stages of development and crisis of growth organizations; conceptual principles of change management; basic theories and technologies change management; modern concepts of management and methods of overcoming resistance to change. 2. Be able to manage projects for the implementation of changes in the field of public administration, taking into account the modern strategic goals of the state's development; make management decisions in conditions of uncertainty and risks, correlating these decisions with the goals of implementing changes; solve the problems of implementing changes in public authorities in new or unfamiliar environments in the presence of incomplete or limited information taking into account aspects of social and ethical responsibility.
