Know the tools of public speaking; basics of effective communication; basics of rhetoric. Know the requirements for meetings, business interviews, discussions; etiquette of business communication. Be able to follow language rules during a public speech; analyze their own and others' speeches, identify deviations from language norms, use various means to overcome them. Be able to carry out monologue, dialogic and polylogical speech of professional orientation (report, speech, report, speech, discussion, etc.). Be able to speak in public; to negotiate, to substantiate their positions, to hold discussions, balancing different positions, views; to hold meetings, sittings. Have the ability to self-develop and self-improvement throughout life, responsibility for teaching others.

- semester assessment: 1) two tests on the lecture material - 20 points (threshold score of 12 points); 2) current survey in practical classes - 20 points (threshold score of 12 points); 3) performance of independent works - 20 points (limit score of 12 points). - final assessment (in the form of an exam): maximum score - 40 points, boundary score - 24 points.

The results of students' learning activities are evaluated on a 100-point scale. The final grade is based on the results of systematic work of the student throughout the semester as the sum of (simple or weighted) points.
