                1.To know and understand the essence and functional role of the institutions of the state and civil society in public administration
         2 To be able to apply, scientific methods of analysis, technologies, tools for assessing the influence of state institutions and civil society on public administration and administration 
         3. Be able to apply scientific categories in defending their own political positions when discussing problematic issues in the professional and expert environment
         4. Have motivation for active participation, professional behavior, responsibility for the results of state formation in the field of political institutions and processes.

            	Semester assessment: evaluation is carried out during the semester of all types of work: 
surveys at seminars 
conducting modular control works 
carrying out  the tasks of independent work, 
performing and presenting an individual analytical task, 
organizing and holding discussion round tables
 	organizing analytical work in small groups 
organizing and holding a mini-conference
        
    
            Assessment methods and criteria
        
        
            Knowledge control is carried out according to the ECTS system, which provides for a two-level assessment of the learned material, in particular, the assessment of theoretical training - the results of training (knowledge 1), which is 25% of the total assessment for the semester and the assessment of practical training - the results of training (skills 2; communication 3.; autonomy 4.), which is 75% of the total assessment for the semester. 
– semester assessment (MAC – 60 points / MIN – 36 points): 
1. Oral survey, discussion (RN1; 2; 3) – 20 points / 12 points; 
2. Modular control work (2 MKR, 5 max. each) (PH 1; 2; 4) – 10 points / 6 points; 
3. Individual analytical task (PH 3; 4) – 20 points / 12 points 
4. Independent work (PH 1; 2; 3; 4) – 10 points / 6 points; 
Re-laying semester control in order to improve positive assessment is not allowed.
– final assessment (MAC – 40 points / MIN – 24 points): the final assessment form is the exam.
