To know the theoretical and methodological foundations of strategic management in the public sphere Know technologies: a) strategy development, in particular: organization, analysis, definition of goals, planning, monitoring; b) strategic management in the public sphere; c) coordination of strategic documents Know specific facts from the field of strategic management in the public sphere (the system of organizing strategic management at the national, regional and local levels; the system of coordination in the formation and implementation of strategies in the public sphere)

Know: theoretical foundations regarding the basic specifics of strategic management, namely: scientific approaches, theories, principles, methods; technology of strategy development, strategic management in the public sphere; coordination of strategic documents; strategic management processes; specific facts from the field of strategic management in the public sphere, in particular: the system of organization of strategic management at the national, regional and local levels; system of coordination in the formation and implementation of strategies in the public sphere. Be able to justify strategic decisions in the field of public administration in conditions of uncertainty and dynamism of the external environment; to introduce mechanisms for ensuring the strategic capacity of authorities at different territorial levels;

Knowledge control is carried out according to the ECTS system, which provides for a two-level assessment of the learned material, in particular, the assessment of theoretical training - learning outcomes (knowledge 1.1 - 1.3), which is 25% of the total grade for the semester, and the assessment of practical training - learning outcomes (skills 2.1 - 2.4; communication 3.1 – 3.2; autonomy 4.1 – 4.3), which is 75% of the total grade for the semester. semester evaluation (MAX – 60 points / MIN – 36 points); final evaluation (MAX – 40 points / MIN – 24 points)
