PLO-1. Realize their rights and responsibilities as a member of society, to understand the values of civil society (free democracy) and the need for its sustainable (safe) development, the rule of law, human and civil rights and freedoms in Ukraine. PLO-2. Use and multiply moral, cultural, scientific values and achievements of society based on understanding the history and patterns of development of the subject area, its place in the general system of knowledge about nature and society and in the development of society, technology. PLO-4. Fluent in the state language. PLO-7. Identify, set and solve professional problems, summarize the results, process and analyze information from various sources, design and present research results in accordance with the requirements.

Prerequisites and additional requirements - To know the norms of the Ukrainian literary language, basic linguistic concepts. - Be able to analytically work with specialized literature, analyze texts of different styles. - Possess elementary communication skills of modeling texts in oral and written forms

Content of the educational program The discipline is aimed at forming knowledge about modern business communication in the Ukrainian literary language, at the specifics of the functioning of business language in the spheres of state administration and national security, at providing future public officials with the appropriate linguistic tools for successful professional activity. The stylistic resource of linguistic means of all levels of organization of a professional text, genre, structural and linguistic stylistic features of various types of documents, criteria and principles of editing and independent creation of business texts in accordance with communicative oral and written needs are considered in detail

Planned educational activities and teaching methods Practical classes, independent work (scientific report, presentation, analysis, independent creation and editing of business texts).

1. Scientific report, report (15 points) 2. Analysis and editing of official-business style texts (20 points) 3. Independent drafting of business texts (30 points) 4. Intermediate control work in the form of tests with different types of questions and tasks (10 points for 10 test tasks). Evaluation: correct answer - 1 point, incorrect - 0 points for each task. 5. Final control work in the form of tests with different types of questions and tasks (25 points): 10 points. I block (theoretical): 5 tasks. Evaluation: correct answer - 2 points, incorrect - 0 points. 15 points. II block (practical): 5 tasks. Evaluation: correct complete answer - 3 points, correct incomplete answer - 2 - 1, incorrect answer - 0 points. Final assessment: exam
