Requirements for choosing an academic discipline: 1. Before starting this course, students should know the main stages development of ethical thought; methods of philosophical research, methods psychology and basic ethical and philosophical concepts and categories. 2. To be able to collect and interpret information regarding dilemma problems professional and corporate ethics in professional activity; apply the basic methodology of imperative-value aspects of professional practice 3. Possess elementary skills of scientific research and integrated information of scientific research and management information; critical attitude and forecasting in relation to specific political, economic, cultural and professional events; using foreign language professional informative sources.
Course content
discipline "Professional and corporate ethics" belongs to the list of OK disciplines and is taught at II semester of the master's degree. The academic discipline consistently considers peculiarities of the development and formation of professional and corporate ethics and their urgency in modern professional practices. The subject is defined, tasks, theoretical foundations, methodologies, basic concepts of professional ethics and corporate ethics The specifics of working out are clarified development of practical skills/skills for ethical behavior decision-making specialists in dilemma situations of professional activity. For example scenarios of production situations in institutions and organizations of natural sciences of research to be able to predict the efficiency of production activities and probable occurrence and prevention of problematic situations in cases of occurrence such in groups of higher, middle and lower ranks of employees. Apply acquired knowledge for the rational use of available production resources, to be able to predict psychological situations in difficult field conditions expeditionary research, including in remote areas and places with harsh climatic conditions, their organization, supply of equipment and materials, chamber works and other types of activities in teams of dramatically different professional and general intelligence
