1.1. Know: the importance of methodological training for the professional activity of a scientist; main methodological systems of modern philosophy of science; the importance of the specific scientific method of social sciences; 1.2. Know: special forms of methodological culture of a sociologist, basics of self-organization and self-regulation in scientific activity; 1.3. Know: rights and obligations of owners of intellectual property rights and other participants in copyright relations; rules for concluding contracts between the author and the employer; 2.1. Be able to: use methodological principles of scientific research; 2.2. Be able to: determine the conditions for increasing the effectiveness of the scientific activity of sociologists; 2.3. Be able to: determine the procedure for obtaining rights to an object of intellectual property depending on its type; ; to protect copyright when conducting own scientific activities, design of citations and references.

Distance form

Successful mastering of general issues of sociological theory, philosophical knowledge, methodology of sociological research, sociology of education and law. Knowledge of the peculiarities of the formation of scientific concepts, the principles of constructing theoretical ones conclusions; features of sociological research methods. Be able to use technological knowledge and skills in the process of sociological research; develop a sociological research program; to formulate practical recommendations; to build author's research methods on the basis of a given sample. Possess elementary skills: analysis, synthesis, teamwork, organization communication
