Learning outcomes
The student should be able to: analyze the content of HTTP headers, create a web page according to standards, use cascading style sheets to design the page, use basic browser objects and basic predefined JavaScript objects, write an event script, execute an asynchronous query to the server and process its result appropriately, using the functions of the jQuery library.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Require a preliminary study of the normative discipline "Programming", is the basis for the study of the disciplines of an independent choice of students "Modern DBMS", "Enterprise Automation Systems".

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
The total amount of 72 hours, including: Lectures - 17 hours. Laboratory work - 17 hours. Independent work - 38 hours.
Assessment methods and criteria
The discipline "Web Programming" is evaluated by a modular rating system. It consists of one module. The results of students' educational activity are evaluated on a 100 - point scale. The forms of current control: assessment of work performed by students during independent work (individual tasks). The final score is calculated by the cumulative system. The maximum number of points is set as follows: for the content module 1 - 60 points. The test is made in the form of a test. According to the results of the semester, a student receives a final grade on a 100-point system.
