Learning outcomes
1.1 Know the theoretical concepts of organizational culture, its categorical and conceptual apparatus. 1.2 Know the principles and methods of formation, maintenance and change of organizational culture. 2.1 Be able to analyze the existing organizational culture in different types of organization. 2.2 Identify the main problems and trends in organizational culture. 3 To present a research project on the analysis of organizational culture of an individual organization. 4 Carry out independent analytical, research and exploration activities.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Know the basic principles of organizational theory, sociology of organization and management, sociology of labor and employment. 2. Have basic skills in using empirical methods of sociological research.
Course content
Part 1. Organizational culture as a scientific discipline. 1 Organizational culture: essence, characteristics, levels. 2 Basic elements OK. 3 Typologies of organizational culture. Part 2. The influence of organizational culture on the functioning of the organization. 4 Communications in the organization and organizational. 5 Formation, development and change of organizational culture. 6 The impact of culture on organizational efficiency. 7 Management of organizational culture.
