Learning outcomes
PLO2. Identify, analyze problems of entrepreneurship, trade and exchange activities and develop measures to address them. PLO8. Evaluate products, goods, services as well processes occurring in business, trade and / or exchange structures, and do relevant conclusions for the adoption of management decisions. PLO10. Be able to solve that problem arise in the activities of business, trade and / or exchange structures under the conditions uncertainties and risks. PLO13. Apply modern research technologies and research methods in the field of entrepreneurship, trade and / or exchange activities.
Form of study
Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Know: the basic organizational and economic principles of the enterprise; basics of enterprise management in all economic spheres; qualitative and quantitative features of economic processes; theoretical foundations of analysis and diagnosis of enterprises; theoretical and organizational principles of operational and strategic management of the enterprise. 2. Be able to use analytical and statistical methods of processing economic information, work with national and international databases, calculate economic indicators. 3. Have the skills of analysis, synthesis, processing and visualization of statistical data, work with the regulatory framework, design and presentation of data using Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.).
Course content
Theoretical-methodological and organizational principles of strategic anti-crisis management of the enterprise are studied. Theoretical, methodical and applied aspects of strategic anti-crisis management of the enterprise in general and commercial activity in particular are considered. Analytical and economic-mathematical tools for detecting crisis phenomena at the enterprise, tools for overcoming them are being developed. The curriculum consists of two content modules: Module 1. Theoretical and methodological principles of strategic anti-crisis management of the enterprise Module 2. Organizational and applied aspects of strategic anti-crisis management of the enterprise

Semester assessment (MAX - 60 points / MIN - 36 points): Oral interview, discussion (lectures 1 - 7), PH 1.1 - 1.5: 10 points / 6 points; Testing (lectures 1 - 7), PH 1.1 - 1.5: 10 points / 6 points; Solving analytical tasks, practical tasks using a business simulator (lectures 1 - 15), РН 2.1 - 2.4; 3.1 - 3.2; 4.1 - 4.2: 14 points / 6 points; Modular test 1 (lecture 1 - 7), PH 1.1 - 1.3; 2.1 - 2.3: 10 points / 6 points. Modular test 2 (lecture 8 - 15), PH 1.4 - 1.5, 2.4: 10 points / 6 points. Presentation of the results of the individual task: РН 2.1 - 2.5; 3.1 - 3.2; 4.1 - 4.3: 6 points / 6 points. - the form of final assessment is an exam (MAX - 40 points / MIN - 24 points)
