Learning outcomes
PLO3. Be able to develop measures of material and moral incentives and use other tools to motivate staff and partners to achieve this goal. PLO8. Evaluate products, goods, services, as well as processes occurring in business, trade and / or exchange structures, and draw appropriate conclusions for management decisions. PLO13. Apply modern research technologies and research methods in the field of entrepreneurship, trade and / or exchange activities. PLO14. Model and forecast the processes of development of business, trade and / or exchange structures using economic and mathematical tools and information technology.
Form of study
Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Know: the basic organizational and economic principles of enterprises; basics of exchange activity; basics of legislative regulation of the enterprise in all economic spheres; main sources of financial information; qualitative and quantitative features of micro- and macroeconomic processes; theoretical foundations of analysis and diagnosis of enterprises. 2. Be able to use analytical and statistical methods of processing economic information, work with national and international databases, calculate economic indicators. 3. Have the skills of analysis, synthesis, processing and visualization of statistical data, work with the regulatory framework, design and presentation of data using Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.).
Course content
The methodology and tools of fundamental and technical analysis of exchange activity are revealed. Methodical bases of graphic and mathematical methods of technical analysis are studied. The psychological aspects of work in the financial, stock and commodity markets are revealed. Features of critical thinking, the ability to navigate freely in a large array of modern financial and economic information. The curriculum consists of two content modules: Module 1. Methodology of Fundamental Analysis Module 2. Methodology of technical analysis

Semester assessment (MAX - 60 points / MIN - 36 points): Oral interview, discussion (lectures 1 - 7), PH 1.1 - 1.5: 10 points / 6 points; Testing (lectures 1 - 7), PH 1.1 - 1.5: 10 points / 6 points; Solving analytical tasks, practical tasks using a business simulator (lectures 1 - 15), РН 2.1 - 2.4; 3.1 - 3.2; 4.1 - 4.2: 14 points / 6 points; Modular test 1 (lecture 1 - 7), PH 1.1 - 1.3; 2.1 - 2.3: 10 points / 6 points. Modular test 2 (lecture 8 - 15), PH 1.4 - 1.5, 2.4: 10 points / 6 points. Presentation of the results of the individual task: РН 2.1 - 2.5; 3.1 - 3.2; 4.1 - 4.3: 6 points / 6 points. - the form of final assessment is an exam (MAX - 40 points / MIN - 24 points)
