Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Knowledge of the theoretical foundations of quality management of tourists
services/management of the quality of tourist services, from psychology and sociology
tourism, project management in tourism and recreation, sustainable tourism
Management of sustainable tourism.
2. Ability to master modern marketing and analytical methods and
methods of working with modern databases and models in tourism.
3. Mastery of basic approaches in the use of quantitative and qualitative
methods in the organization of models of professional and corporate ethics in tourism.
Course content
The educational discipline "Professional and corporate ethics" is focused on
study of features, acquisition of skills and abilities in the tourism industry and
recreation, which constitute generally accepted production and technological norms and
rules of communication in the business business environment of various industry subjects
hospitality The development and management of production and technological is foreseen
and social algorithms of business professional communication, mastery
methods and tools for planning and organizing professional activities in
business subjects of the tourism industry. The discipline includes familiarization
students with the features of business ethics in modern conditions, its principles,
norms both at the level of the entire business environment and at the level of the organization, firm;
consideration of the principles, norms and mechanisms of formation of corporate culture and
ethics; development of communication skills in relations with various subjects
the market; providing students with the necessary knowledge about general norms of business
etiquette, formation of the ability to use the rules of etiquette in business
relationships.

Assessment methods and criteria
Based on the results of work during the semester, the last pair is held
final control work in the form of tests and open questions, which
designed to reveal the knowledge and skills acquired during mastering the course material.
At seminar classes to identify the level of assimilation of the relevant
of knowledge during the semester, blitz surveys are conducted, which in the end
form up to 10% of the assessment.
Seminar classes are held according to the working curriculum
according to the schedule. Part of practical classes involves consolidation
certain skills due to the performance of specific works directly in
the audience These projects are completed and submitted day by day. Each is individual
creative work is valued at 2.5 points, which add up to the final 20%.
Practical works that are submitted late are counted (provided they
performance by more than 60%) as a prerequisite for admission to credit, but
they are not graded.
