1. Know: basic principles of venture business, principles, forms and features of venture investment; features of functioning of venture funds, corporate venture funds, business angels; formation of management decision-making skills that increase the efficiency of venture business. 2. Have the skills of analysis, synthesis, processing and visualization of statistics data, work with the regulatory framework.

The discipline consists of the following content modules: - «Theoretical principles of venture business» - topics 1-7 - study of theoretical and methodological principles of venture business development. Basic fundamental principles of venture business, principles, forms and features of venture investment; features of functioning of venture funds, corporate venture funds, business angels; formation of management decision-making skills that increase the efficiency of venture business. - «Practical aspects of venture business» - topics 8-14 - the fundamental principles, principles and forms of venture investment are studied; making financial and investment decisions, mastering the tools of analysis of the effectiveness and feasibility of such decisions, models of venture funds; mastering the basic theoretical principles and mastering the necessary practical skills that allow you to effectively carry out these activities in the enterprise.

Content module 2 (MR2), includes topics 8-14, as well as independent work; form of control - modular test (Min. - 12 points, Max. - 20 points). Final evaluation in the form of a exam A student is not allowed to take the exam if he / she received less than 36 points during the semester. 2 blocks of tasks are taken into account: 1 block – theoretical tasks; 2 block - test tasks; 3 block - computational problems.
