Learning outcomes
PLO 22. Apply modern digital technologies, specialized software provision, statistical methods of data analysis to solve complex security problems health. PLO 23. To comply with the requirements of ethics, bioethics and of deontology in their professional activity. PLO 24. Organize the necessary level individual safety (own and persons about whom is taken care of) in the event of typical dangerous occurrences situations in the individual field of activity.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Know the specifics of legal regulation of medical legal relations, the conclusion of an employment contract, a collective agreement, the specifics of the legal status of patients and doctors, types of legal responsibility for offenses committed in the field of health care; 2. To be able to analyze the norms of international and national legislation, with the help of which relations in the field of health care and the provision of medical care are regulated (medical services; 3. To have basic work skills in the development of legislation in the field of health care, preparation of draft appeals, complaints , lawsuits taking into account the specifics of the practical situation and using legal methods to resolve disputes arising in the field of health care.
Course content
The course provides students with an idea of the legal nature of modern medical law, the "heart" of which is the "doctor-patient" relationship. Familiarize yourself with the legal regulation of the health care sector, the peculiarities of concluding labor and collective agreements. An important role is assigned to the consideration of the legal status of the patient, medical worker and health care institution. Attention is paid to the issues of legal responsibility for offenses in the field of health care, as well as legal means of protecting the rights and legitimate interests of subjects of medical law.
