            The goal of the discipline is an in-depth study of the key aspects of effective leadership in the field of high technologies, taking into account modern trends and challenges in this field. Within the study of the discipline, the following are considered: creation and development of innovative startups; formation of a favorable working environment and team spirit;
the role of a leader in maintaining and increasing team effectiveness; research on the history of innovation and revolution in the digital sphere; the impact of technological innovations on the development of the industry and the creation of new opportunities; ethics of responsible leadership in the field of high technologies
