PR04 Know the legal and ethical norms for evaluating professional activity, development and implementation of socially significant environmental projects in the conditions of conflicting requirements PR08 Be able to clearly and unambiguously convey professional knowledge, own justifications and conclusions to specialists and the general public PR11 Be able to use modern information resources on environmental issues , nature use and environmental protection. PR14 Apply new approaches to developing a decision-making strategy in complex, unpredictable conditions.

1) наявність знань з правознавства, а також опанування нормативним курсом “Екологічне право України”; знання основних еколого-правових категорій та інститутів, системи екологічного права та законодавства; 2) вміння аналізувати зміст положень законодавчих актів, знаходити та застосовувати відповідні норми права, інтерпретувати їх зміст; формулювати власні висновки щодо правомірності або протиправності відповідних дій, подій тощо; 3) необхідно володіти елементарними навичками роботи з базою міжнародного законодавства, роботи з навчальною та науковою літературою та персональним комп’ютером.

The course "International Law in the Sphere of the Environment" is aimed at deepening and improving students' theoretical knowledge and practical abilities and skills in independently solving tasks related to legal regulation, it involves the study of important questions about global environmental problems, concepts, subject, scope objects, methods, subjects, system, principles, sources, institutional mechanism, formation and development of international environmental law, human environmental rights and the international legal mechanism of their protection, responsibility in international environmental law and implementation of international agreements on environmental protection, international - legal protection of atmospheric air, climate and outer space, marine and freshwater environment, international legal protection of animal and plant life
