Know: basics of operating systems, programming in C, discrete mathematics (algorithm theory, formal systems).
Be able to: analyze regular expressions of POSIX or PERL standards.
Have elementary skills: in mathematical logic and programming basics.
Course content
The purpose of the discipline is to familiarize yourself with operating systems for mobile platforms and devices, their structure, application and acquisition of skills to work in them.
This discipline is an elective academic discipline under the program "Applied Mathematics". It is taught in 6 semesters for 90 hours (3 ECTS credits), including: lectures - 26 hours, laboratory classes - 14 hours, consultations - 2 hours, independent work - 48 hours. The course includes 2 parts and 2 tests. The discipline is completed with a credit in the 6th semester.

Assessment methods and criteria
Semester assessment: test paper 1 - 30 points/18 points; test paper 2 - 30 points/18 points; laboratory work - 30 points/18 points; current assessment - 10 points/6 points.
Final assessment in the form of a credit: is given based on the results of students' work throughout the semester and does not provide for additional assessment measures for successful students.
