The discipline "Environmental Protection Legislation of Ukraine" provides systematic knowledge of the content of the requirements of environmental legislation and providing future specialists-geographers with the necessary amount of knowledge regarding the application of its provisions in their practical activities. In the process of study, students get acquainted with the content of the Ukrainian ecological doctrine, the provisions of national and regional environmental programs, the requirements of related branches of legislation regarding the protection and preservation of natural resources. In the process of providing, using, extracting, redistributing various natural objects, performing other actions, land, water, forest, fauna and other types of ecological relations arise, which are regulated by the relevant existing legal acts.

Lecture, practical session

Survey in test, oral or written form, assessment. The maximum number of points on the exam is 40 points, the minimum number of points added to the semester ones is 26 points. Students who scored a total of less points than the critical calculation minimum - 20 points are not allowed to take the exam. The recommended minimum for admission is 34 points.
