Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Know the directions of modern psychotherapy at the level of a student who has completed 1-
second year of master's degree at Kyiv National University
named after Taras Shevchenko.
2. Be able to use knowledge of the specifics of modern trends and
methods of psychotherapy in research and teaching
activities, as well as apply modern methods of psychotherapy
interaction in practical work at the level of a student who has completed the 1st year
master's degree at Kyiv National University
Taras Shevchenko.
3. Have basic skills of psychotherapeutic work
Course content
The discipline "Technologies of modern psychotherapy" belongs to the list of electives and is aimed at forming the basis of professional thinking in the context of solving problems of psychological
personal assistance. The course is aimed at developing knowledge of technologies used in modern psychotherapeutic approaches. The main attention is paid to the technological aspect of psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral and existential-humanistic psychotherapeutic directions. The purpose of the discipline - in accordance with the requirements of OP and professional activities of psychologists to form knowledge about the technologies used in basic psychotherapeutic approaches, and basic skills and abilities to apply them.

Final assessment - exam, 40/24 points
After topic 1, a test is conducted; after topic 7 a colloquium is held; on
each practical lesson evaluates the student's participation in it.
The maximum number of points for work during the semester is equal to
100.
