an integral discipline which prepares future specialists for specific practical-oriented activities in the field of management of nature-protected territories, development of the national ecological network and its integration into the European network. These tasks are extraordinary relevant for our country in view of the desire to join the European Union community, which requires thorough training of specialists in various fields, including including the nature protection sphere. Therefore, this discipline focuses on international standards and approaches in the field of nature conservation activities that is reflected in the thematic structure of lectures and practical classes. Discipline considers the theoretical and methodological principles of nature protection management territories in Ukraine and the world, the main directions and problems of this development direction of nature protection.
