1. Develop principles accommodation of various types nature protection activity (PRN 7). 2. To use field and laboratory methods for analysis natural and social geographical objects and systems (PRN 8). 3. Apply skills productive communication with consumers ecosystem services,in particular with a goal set-up participatory management nature conservation activity (PRN 12). 4. Show respect to individual and cultural diversity (PRN 14). 5. Reasoned to defend their views in solving professional tasks (PRN 19). 6. Demonstrate performance of professional tasks in standard and uncertain situations (PRN 22).

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Successful mastering of the disciplines "Biogeography", "Meteorology","Soil Science", "Geology", "Hydrology and Oceanology", "Geomorphology","Cartography", "Fundamentals of geoecology", "Physical geography of continents and oceans", "Landscape studies". 2. To be able to establish the causes of occurrence, justify the consequences and develop ways to solve environmental problems of urban planning environment 3. To be able to analyze the negative consequences of unregulated human activity with positions of the ecological approach to the planning of modern cities. 4. To know the main theoretical principles of urboecology, the history of its formation science, its structure and regularities of the functioning of urban planning environment
Course content
This academic discipline devoted to the study of the peculiarities of the functioning of urban ecosystems, their dynamics and evolution, the influence of various environmental and economic factors on them human activity, the essence of the concepts "urboecosystem" and "urbogeotechnological system", a as well as the formation of skills and abilities to solve basic environmental problems problems in the field of urban ecology, principles and modern ones methods used to solve them. Discipline "Urboecology"aimed at deepening theoretical ecological knowledge, formation of students of special professional, social and personal competencies,accumulation of knowledge regarding the possibility of critical thinking, analysis and synthesis,the ability to search, process and analyze information from various sources,ability to identify, formulate and solve problems in the field environmental protection activities within cities.Separate components of the discipline are the study of methods and methods increasing sustainability and ensuring the sustainable development of urban ecosystems; ways management of environmental protection processes in urban ecosystems; principles rational planning and protection of components of urboecosystems from influence adverse anthropogenic and technogenic factors; research methods consequences of adverse changes in urban ecosystems.The functional block of the discipline involves mastering the following components, such as the ability to apply basic knowledge of natural sciences and of information technologies in the field of environmental protection activity planning in within city limits, the ability to apply quantitative and qualitative research methods urboecosystems, the ability to independently investigate, analyze spatial temporary changes of urban ecosystems for the purposes of sustainable development of cities.
